Description and specifications

What is KLOW?

KLOW is the name of a combined research preparation. The declared composition is shown in the table.

The total declared content is 80 mg. Compared to Peptiva GLOW 70 mg, this combination additionally contains 10 mg of KPV.

KLOW is not the name of a single peptide nor a standardized scientific designation: the composition of a product with this name may vary among suppliers.

Composition and total content

Declared composition of KLOW — total 80 mg
Component Quantity
GHK-Cu 50 mg
BPC-157 10 mg
TB-500 10 mg
KPV 10 mg
Total 80 mg

Quantities indicate the total declared content of the package, not the concentration or the amount per application. Research on the components does not prove synergy or properties of the finished mixture.

Mechanism and scientific context

The components of the KLOW preparation are studied separately in various experimental systems:

GHK-Cu is a complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine with copper. It is studied in the context of cell signaling, extracellular matrix, and tissue response to damage.

BPC-157 is a synthetic peptide of 15 amino acids. Its research predominantly covers preclinical models of tissue response, vascular biology, and signaling processes associated with damage.

TB-500 is a name used in commercial offers for materials related to thymosin beta-4. The exact identity and sequence need to be verified in the batch documentation. Research on intact thymosin beta-4, including its role in actin binding and cell migration, cannot be automatically attributed to every product labeled as TB-500.

KPV is the tripeptide lysine–proline–valine, which corresponds to the terminal sequence of the hormone alpha-MSH. It is studied in preclinical models of inflammatory signaling and epithelial barrier. Its properties cannot be equated with all effects of intact alpha-MSH.

Co-packaging does not prove synergistic action. The stability, interaction of components, and biological activity of the finished mixture require separate verification.

Main areas of research

  • cell migration and response to damage
  • extracellular matrix and tissue remodeling
  • vascular and epithelial biology
  • inflammatory signaling in preclinical models
  • epithelial barrier function
  • compatibility and stability of multicomponent preparations

The listed areas primarily describe the research context of individual components, not the confirmed effects of the KLOW combination.

How to interpret research data?

Literature should be read according to the exact component, formulation, and type of evidence. Results from biochemical analyses, cell cultures, animal models, and controlled clinical studies do not carry equal weight.

Research on a single peptide is not research on the combination of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV in a ratio of 50:10:10:10 mg. Adding KPV does not prove that KLOW is more effective or safer than the GLOW preparation.

For evaluating the combination, the identity and quantity of each component, the composition of the solution, concentration, storage conditions, control group, and independent reproducibility of results are important. Data on other formulations or methods of administration do not confirm the properties of this product.

Available Peptiva variants

  • 80 mg · Vial
  • 80 mg · Research dispenser

Both variants have the declared composition of GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg, TB-500 10 mg, and KPV 10 mg. You select the available format as a variant of the same product. Before ordering, check the selected variant and its price.

Format and package content

Research dispenser: the variant contains the entire filled dispenser with the selected content, not just a separate replacement cartridge. The quantity listed with the variant refers to the total declared content, not the amount per individual use.

Vial: the variant contains the combined research material in a vial, without a dispenser. The name of the packaging itself does not determine whether the content is lyophilized, in another solid form, or in solution; the declaration of the specific batch is authoritative. This description does not refer to bacteriostatic water or a separate empty container.

The 80 mg label represents the sum of the declared quantities of the four components. It does not represent the quantity of each individual peptide nor the concentration in mg/ml. The GHK-Cu 50 mg label refers to the declared quantity of the complex, not to 50 mg of elemental copper.

Storage and handling conditions depend on the specific formulation and batch declaration. The packaging format does not confirm sterility, dosing precision, stability, or suitability for human or animal use.

Important limitations

For this combination, clinical proven safety, efficacy, or synergy should not be assumed. Data on individual components do not confirm the properties of the finished mixture.

The product is not intended for the treatment of inflammatory diseases, wounds or injuries, improvement of athletic recovery, skin rejuvenation, or independent use. The name KLOW is not a promise of health or aesthetic effect.

Batch documentation

For inquiries about available COA documentation, please contact peptivacomhr@gmail.com with the product name and LOT number if known. The availability and scope of analyses are checked for the specific batch.

For a combined preparation, it is important to distinguish between analyses of individual raw materials and analyses of the finished mixture. Confirmation of the purity of one component does not confirm the identity, quantity, or stability of all components in the final product.

COA does not inherently prove biological activity, absence of endotoxins, sterility, or suitability for human or animal use.

Purpose and limitations: The product is intended exclusively for laboratory research. It is not intended for use in humans or animals, diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, or prevention of diseases. The description is not medical advice. The research-use-only designation and packaging name do not inherently determine the regulatory status of the product or prove its safety or sterility.

COA on request

To enquire about a certificate of analysis (COA), send the material name, requested variant and LOT / batch number if available. Documents are not published on this page.

A COA applies to a specific batch. A purity result alone does not establish sterility, absence of endotoxins or safety for use in humans or animals.
