What does the laboratory dispenser format mean?
The dispenser variant is a laboratory packaging and material-dispensing format. Product identity, declared quantity and storage conditions are stated in the product specification.
The research dispenser contains 3 ml of solution, corresponding to a total of 300 clicks.
It is not an injection or medical device and is not intended for administration to humans or animals.
The vial variant does not include a dispenser.
What is included with the separate dispenser container?
A separate empty container for storing and transporting a compatible dispenser. The dispenser and its contents are not included.
Check dimensions and compatibility before use. The container is not a refrigerated device.
How do I choose the appropriate specification?
Each product page shows the nominal contents and formats currently available for that material. Peptiva Peptides does not provide recommendations for dosing, reconstitution or personal use.
Which payment methods are available?
Payment methods
At checkout, choose card payment via a Stripe payment link or crypto payment via DePay. Cash on delivery is also available for Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Bulgaria and Romania when supported by the selected delivery service. Cash on delivery is unavailable for other enabled destinations.
Stripe link: after ordering, we email a card payment link for the full order total. Check your inbox, Spam/Junk, Other and Promotions folders. Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed.
DePay – crypto payment: select DePay at checkout and follow the displayed token, network, amount and fee instructions. Available options are confirmed in DePay. Do not send funds directly to an address outside the checkout flow or on a different network. If payment is already confirmed, no additional Stripe payment is required.
Cash on delivery: pay upon delivery according to the selected carrier’s instructions. BOX NOW locker payments are made digitally through a payment link before collection; lockers do not accept cash. No advance Stripe or DePay payment is required for cash on delivery.
Digital content is delivered after payment is confirmed. Final available payment options and the total amount are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
In Croatia, BOX NOW parcel-locker delivery costs €1.59 (1–2 business days), or choose DPD delivery to an address (1–2 business days). A BOX NOW locker must be selected before checkout. DPD is available for enabled EU destinations; the estimated time, final rate and all currently available options are shown before the order is confirmed.
Do I need to create a customer account?
An account is not required to browse the catalogue. When available, it provides easier access to customer details and previous orders.
Registered customers also receive an additional 5% off every order with code REGISTRACIJA5. The discount is available exclusively with an active customer account and cannot be used as a guest.
How can I check my order?
After submitting an order, you will receive confirmation at the email address provided. For further assistance, send us the order number through the contact page.
What are the products intended for?
Peptiva Peptides materials are intended solely for lawful in vitro laboratory and analytical use. They are not for administration to humans or animals. An RUO label alone does not determine regulatory status.
