Peptiva Peptides — Returns and complaints

14-day returns in all delivery countries

For physical products, you may request a return without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt in every country to which we deliver. Voluntary returns cover new, unused products in their original packaging. Statutory withdrawal and faulty-goods rights are not restricted by these voluntary conditions.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the direct return postage charged by their chosen carrier. We do not charge a restocking or return handling fee. Peptiva pays necessary return costs for justified claims involving defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

Email info@peptiva.com.hr with your order number for return instructions and the return address. You do not need to wait for approval to exercise a statutory withdrawal on time. Send goods by post or courier within 14 days of notifying us.

We refund to the original payment method without an extra fee within 14 days of withdrawal notification. We may withhold payment until we receive the goods or proof of return shipment. When the whole order is cancelled, we also refund the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered. We do not offer voluntary exchanges of non-defective goods; return the product and place a new order instead. Earlier orders retain the terms agreed at purchase.

Complaints and defective goods

Contact info@peptiva.com.hr with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos and a batch number are helpful if available and relevant. We acknowledge written complaints without delay and provide a written response within 15 days. Rights to replacement, appropriate repair, price reduction or termination remain available as required by applicable law. Necessary costs of resolving a justified complaint are borne by Peptiva.

Statutory withdrawal

Where a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase applies, consumers may exercise it without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt. Email info@peptiva.com.hr with details identifying the order. A research-use label, opened packaging or webshop setting does not by itself remove statutory rights. Any legal exception applies only where its conditions are met for the particular product. Mandatory rights under local law take precedence over this policy.

Digital content

Digital products, including the Peptiva PRO guide, are subject to the specific withdrawal rules for digital content. Where the consumer expressly consents to delivery starting before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges losing that right, withdrawal ends when delivery begins only if all legal conditions are met. Otherwise this policy does not itself remove that right. Rights concerning undelivered, faulty or non-conforming digital content are unaffected.
