Research Compound Glossary: Names, Mechanisms and Evidence

Pojmovnik istraživačkih spojeva: 12 punih naziva i mehanizama

This glossary connects Peptiva's public educational materials covering the full names used in scientific literature. Each page explains structure, receptor systems, laboratory endpoints and the limits of current evidence.

Peptiva commercial materials use neutral laboratory names. The articles below explain scientific terminology and are not medical instructions.

How should research data be read?

Chemical identity, analytical purity, declared quantity and functional activity are different measurements. HPLC can describe chromatographic purity, while identity generally requires an additional method such as mass spectrometry.

Regulatory and research context

A molecular name, development code, approved medicine and laboratory material are not the same thing. Peptiva does not present laboratory materials as approved medicines.

RESEARCH USE ONLY: This educational content concerns laboratory and scientific research. Peptiva research materials are not medicines and are not intended for use in humans or animals.

SLU-PP-332, Hexarelin, Pinealon, Vilon, Adamax, Dihexa and FOXO4-DRI

The linked articles below provide individual overviews and comparisons. SLU-PP-332 is a small molecule; research compounds include both peptides and other chemical structures. Oxytocin is called oksitocin in Croatian. FOXO4-DRI is one compound designation, not two separate products.
